- Drinking water: Staying hydrated is essential for physical and mental well-being.
- Reading: Taking time each day to read, whether it’s personal development or something else that inspires you, can help you maintain a positive mindset.

Self-care is not something to squeeze in when you’re burned out—it’s something you schedule into your routine to prevent burnout from happening. Whether it’s daily exercise, taking breaks during the day, or planning downtime on weekends, building self-care into your schedule will give you the mental and physical energy you need to keep going.
