I build opportunities through real estate, investing, business, and relationships — while creating a life with more freedom, better health, and more control over how I spend my time.
I'm based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but the goal has never been to build a life tied to one office, one market, or one way of making money.
I've spent more than two decades in real estate as an agent, broker, investor, wholesaler, flipper, and deal-maker.
Over time, I've learned that making more money does not automatically create more freedom. More businesses, more people, more overhead, and more responsibilities can easily create the opposite.
Today, I'm focused on something simpler:
Create opportunities. Make good decisions. Build valuable assets. Keep life flexible.
My best work happens in conversations — talking with property owners, evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, negotiating, connecting the right people, and deciding where an opportunity belongs.
I use systems, technology, partnerships, and AI to keep as much of everything else off my plate as possible.
The objective isn't to build the biggest company.
It's to build a life where the work is meaningful, the income is strong, and the freedom is real.
Most property owners are shown one solution based on what the person across the table wants to sell them. I approach it differently. Through Impact Home Solutions, I look at the property, the seller's situation, and the available numbers before recommending a path. Depending on the situation, that could mean:
The goal is not to force every property into the same box. The goal is to understand the situation and determine the best available option.
Be More Real started with real estate, but the conversation has become much bigger. The content now centers around four pillars:
Some episodes will be conversations. Some will be lessons from real deals. Some will be observations from whatever season of life Jeremy is in.
Less performance. More reality.
I'm not trying to build a large consulting practice or fill my calendar with meetings. But there are situations where my experience, network, or perspective can create meaningful value.
If there is a clear reason we should talk, reach out.
Money matters because it creates options.
Assets matter because they reduce the amount of future income that has to come directly from your time.
Health matters because freedom is not very valuable if you cannot enjoy it.
And time matters because it is the one thing none of us can create more of.
I'm still building all of this myself.
Be More Real is partly about documenting what that process actually looks like.
Maybe you own a property.
Maybe you invest.
Maybe you have a deal worth discussing.
Maybe you found Be More Real and just want to follow along.
Whatever brought you here, start with the part that matters to you.
